2. Schlüsselübergabe
Der Fahrzeugschlüssel wird bei der Ankunft an unseren Valet-Mitarbeiter übergeben. Ein Fahrzeugprotokoll wird erstellt und von beiden Parteien unterzeichnet.
3. Haftung & Versicherung
Wir haften für Schäden, die nachweislich durch unsere Mitarbeiter verursacht werden. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist inklusive. Bei Open-Air-Stellplätzen übernehmen wir keine Haftung für Witterungsschäden (Hagel, Sturm etc.).
4. Rückgabe
Das Fahrzeug wird bei Ihrer Rückkehr an der vereinbarten Stelle bereitgestellt. Bitte melden Sie sich mindestens 30 Minuten vor Ankunft telefonisch.
5. Stornierung
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Abgabetermin.
